I designed a project management system for 3DILA.

A patent illustrator handling multiple attorneys faced challenges in planning, billing, and completing work, leading to project delays.

The 3DILA patent drawing service was introduced to streamline tasks through an “invisible system” with automation, including task management, prioritization, client communication, estimation, and billing.

I co-led the A11y Accessibility Initiative at Merkle.

It all started when we completed our first in-depth accessibility review for a client.

At the end of the accessibility review, we realized that our organization was in need of a way to standardize this type of work from the ground up.

Our diverse cross-functional group met regularly, building our program through client work, new working procedures, internal education, and more.

I brought a user-focused mindset to Associated Bank’s digital transformation.

When we were redesigning the company’s website for new technology, it was also time for a new approach to our decision-making: to design through UX activities.

The resdesign built trust with authentic imagery and fresh content, highlighting diversity and inclusion, and measuring the bank’s impact in the community through annual stats.

The result: An increase in the NPS score for Q3 of 2021.

I was the ecommerce specialist for 123 Commerce, a startup project.

At IceFrog Technologies, our clients were in need of digital marketing services to effectively market their local tech businesses.

Our service, 123 Commerce, offered tiered marketing packages to handle a business’s entire marketing identity, from their online listings and website design, to enahanced SEO tailored efforts.

We successfully onboarded two pilot clients.

I was the ecommerce specialist for Equipment Garage.

The online parts superstore sold replacement parts for outdoor power equipment.

We made it easy for visitors to search for replacement parts by serial or model numbers, and the clickable parts map diagrams made it easy to select parts and add to cart too.

These websites made several millions of dollars in sales.

I was the ecommerce specialist for PusherSoles.

Our team created dedicated websites for retail and resale customers of this snow plow product.

The catalog, websites, and marketing pieces were put together in a quick two-month turnaround time.

The product images were created from 3D models with dimensions. A wizard on the front page assisted users in finding the right size, based on their plow model.

I was the digital specialist for Kadena Sportswear.

I led marketing efforts for Kadena Sportswear’s two brands, Mobile Warming Gear and Fieldsheer.

Marketing efforts included creating three websites, over 30 videos, a seasonal product catalog, print advertisements, and more, to give the two brands prominence and recognition in the industry of outdoor performance garments.

The two main websites made several millions of dollars in sales during one holiday season.
